Our commitment

At FiftyUp, we are committed to ensuring equal access and participation for customers with disabilities. We are committed to treating customers with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.

We are committed to meeting the needs of customers with disabilities in a timely manner. We will do so by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility and by meeting our accessibility requirements under applicable accessibility laws. We continually strive to be fully compliant with level A and AA in accordance with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Our commitment to accessibility is intended to ensure any information is easy for all customers to access and understand and is consistent with applicable accessibility legislation.

Employment Greenstone Canada ensures that our employees are provided with support and performance management that considers their accessibility needs and make available resources to address any accessibility needs for their career development. Accessibility TrainingWe are ensuring that Greenstone Canada employees are trained to address any accessibility concerns that arise when dealing with the public or with each other, and the records of this training will be maintained. Training also includes an understanding of AODA requirements and the Human Rights Code provisions on disability discrimination.
