With FiftyUp, you can name up to five beneficiaries and decide what percentage of the benefit each one will receive. You can also change your beneficiaries to reflect any new life changes, such as marriage, divorce, or the birth of a child or grandchild. It’s a simple way to make sure your loved ones are taken care of, just the way you intend.

The life insurance benefit will be paid to the person(s) you’ve named as your beneficiaries on your policy. You can choose up to five beneficiaries and decide how the benefit is divided between them. If no beneficiary is listed, the benefit will be paid to your estate, and will be subject to probate taxes and income taxes. That’s why it’s important to identify a beneficiary when you take out your insurance policy, and also keep your beneficiary details up to date, especially after major life events like marriage, divorce, or the birth of a child.
